PoloBar, a prominent London-based restaurant, was struggling with an inefficient online ordering system. They needed a way to streamline their operations, specifically around managing delivery intervals and postcode-based delivery charges, which were causing operational bottlenecks during peak hours.

Our Approach

We embarked on developing a tailored ordering system by leveraging our Shopify Web Design expertise. We focused on creating a bespoke solution that allowed customers to place orders based on predetermined delivery times. We also implemented a dynamic pricing engine that automatically calculated delivery charges based on the customer's postcode area, ensuring accurate billing without manual intervention.

The Solution & Outcome

The new ordering system completely transformed PoloBar's digital operations. By automating the complexities of delivery logistics, the restaurant was able to handle a higher volume of orders with greater efficiency.
